The Financial Institutions Group is comprised of investment bankers, capital markets professionals and strategic advisors who have advised clients and managed direct principal investing in the financial services sector for many years. We have extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt placements and investment advisory engagements including the sale and purchase of loan and other asset portfolios via auction or private sale. Together with our sales and trading professionals, we assist financial services clients in structuring and placing many types of assets and securities including residential and commercial mortgage loans, real estate owned, asset-backed securities, commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities, collateralized debt and loan obligations, subordinated debt, preferred and common stock and trust preferred securities.
